At VICE Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
